I started Dulce Couture Cakes with the simple idea of creating beautiful, artistic and exclusive custom design cakes that not only look beautiful on the outside but also taste delicious.

At Dulce* Couture Cakes I let my creativity, artistic skills and passion for colours blend together to create unique superior designs.

I have attended courses in Europe and North America to ensure my skills are always up to date with new trends in the sugar craft industry. It’s only by paying careful attention to  details that the couple’s vision can be realized.

I obtained her Cake Design Certificate at the prestigious college of confectionery arts Bonnie Gordon.
